Event Details
Movers ride on Saturday and Shakers on Sundays. Times of rides vary, so please contact Paul for details of each weekend rides.
Saturday - Movers rides are a faster pace and cover more rugged terrain or around 35km in the hills or up to 50km of flatter coastal areas.
Sundays - Shakers rides are a gentler pace and cover easier and flatter terrain, with distances typically around 25km or more.
Rides are only 5€ per week, with no joining fee, simply pay as you go. You don't even need to have your own bike to go along, as they can organise bike hire for you.
1. Participants must be in good health and able to cycle competently on a variety of surfaces and conditions
2. If in doubt about your health, please consult your doctor before participating.
3. Riders should always wear a safety helmet for their own protection.
